1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs, from standard shipping to expedited services. The exact delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select and your delivery location. Below are the available shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for urgent orders (available to select locations only).

Please note that delivery times are estimated and can vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or delays with the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and shipping method of your order, as well as the delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, standard shipping charges will apply. Expedited and overnight shipping will be calculated based on your selected method.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

5. International Shipping

At this time, Crystal Elegance ships within the United States only. We are working to expand our international shipping options and will notify customers when these services become available.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at info@crystalelegancee.com or call (769) 201-5007 to update your information.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain remote or rural locations may experience limited shipping options. If we encounter any shipping restrictions for your location, we will reach out to you with alternative options.

9. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition for a refund or exchange.
